Warehouse Supervisor (Indian Nationals Only)



A well-established logistics company in Lom is seeking an experienced and dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. As our ideal candidate, you should have prior experience in warehouse operations and possess strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and oversee all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping of goods
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency in inventory management
- Implement safety procedures and protocols to maintain a safe working environment
- Train and manage warehouse staff to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demands
- Communicate with various departments to coordinate logistics and resolve any issues that may arise
- Prepare reports on warehouse operations, including inventory levels, productivity, and compliance with regulations

Requirements:
- Indian nationality with valid residency/employment visa in Lom (Visa sponsorship not available)
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a warehouse supervisory role
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control procedures
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Physically fit for lifting/moving heavy objects if necessary
