Warehouse Coordinator

Our company is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to join our team in Lom, Kenya. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a warehouse setting and will be responsible for managing inventory, organizing shipments, and coordinating with suppliers and clients.

Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory levels and ensure stock is accurately recorded
- Organize and oversee incoming and outgoing shipments
- Communicate with suppliers and clients to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space
- Train new warehouse staff on proper procedures and safety protocols
- Keep track of all warehouse equipment and schedule maintenance as needed
- Monitor the efficiency of warehouse operations and make suggestions for improvement
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, some college coursework preferred
- At least 2 years of experience working in a warehouse setting
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in basic computer programs such as Microsoft Excel and Word
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis

This is a contract position with an initial term of 6 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance. The salary for this position is $1400 per month. This position does not include accommodation, but visa sponsorship may be provided for the right candidate.

We are looking for a reliable individual who can work independently as well as within a team. This position is suitable for men who are physically fit. Fluency in English is preferred but not required.
