Architectural Technologist

We are hiring an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting with the design and implementation of architectural projects. Your main duties will include creating detailed drawings and plans, conducting site surveys, and coordinating with other team members to ensure project success.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of construction processes, excellent technical and design skills, and the ability to work well within a team. The ideal candidate will also have experience working with building codes and regulations in Lithuania.

Responsibilities:
- Create detailed drawings and plans using CAD software
- Conduct site surveys and gather necessary information for project planning
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members to create efficient designs
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes and regulations in Lithuania
- Monitor project progress to ensure it stays on schedule and within budget
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist or similar role
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations in Lithuania
- Excellent technical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Good communication skills
- Fluency in Lithuanian is preferred
