Shaper Specialist


As a Shaper Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and shaping materials into desired forms for various projects. Your main tasks will include studying blueprints or designs, operating shaping machinery, and ensuring the accuracy and quality of the final product.

Responsibilities:
- Study blueprints or designs to determine the required shape and dimensions of materials
- Operate shaping machinery such as lathes, mills, and routers
- Monitor the shaping process to ensure accuracy and make adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished products for quality and make any necessary repairs or adjustments
- Maintain equipment by performing regular maintenance and repairs
- Collaborate with designers and engineers to determine optimal shaping methods
- Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe work environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining or related field is preferred
- Proven experience as a Shaper or similar role
- Knowledge of blueprints, technical drawings, and measurement tools
- Experience operating shaping machinery such as lathes, mills, and routers
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary:
$1100 per month
