Online Consultant - Faisalabad, Pakistan
As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various online communication channels. Your primary goal will be to assist clients with their inquiries, resolve any issues they may have, and ensure overall client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through online channels such as chat, email, and social media
- Understand and address client needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about products/services and assist with purchases or bookings
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate department when necessary
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist clients with their inquiries
- Proactively identify potential issues or trends and report them to the management team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and enhance client experience
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (students pursuing a degree are welcome)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Prior experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, social media platforms, and online chat tools
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month for this full-time position. Accommodation will be provided for out-of-town employees. We also offer visa sponsorship for international candidates.
