Entry-Level Solar Installer


We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Solar Installer in Almada. In this role, you will work alongside experienced professionals to install solar panels and related equipment on residential and commercial properties. No previous experience is required, but a strong interest in renewable energy and a willingness to learn is necessary.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation of solar panels, wiring, inverters, and other equipment according to safety guidelines and project plans
- Learn how to properly use hand tools, power tools, and machinery to complete installations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure all materials are properly stored
- Communicate effectively with team members and address any issues that may arise during installations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions
- Physical ability to climb ladders, lift heavy objects, and work in various weather conditions
- Knowledge or experience working with electrical systems is a plus
- Must be willing to travel within the city for installation projects

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1500$, with potential for growth as you gain experience. We also provide free visa sponsorship and a ticket to Almada for the right candidate.
