Radio Technician

A reputable radio station in Washington is seeking a skilled Radio Technician to join our team. As a Radio Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing all radio equipment, including transmitters, receivers, and audio consoles. Your daily tasks will include troubleshooting technical issues, conducting routine maintenance checks, and performing repairs as needed.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of radio equipment and technology. You must also possess excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work independently. Additionally, the ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations and work well under tight deadlines is essential.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on all radio equipment
- Troubleshoot technical issues as they arise
- Repair any faulty equipment in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed
- Keep up-to-date with advancements in radio technology
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to ensure smooth operation of the radio station

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Radio Technician or similar role
- Strong understanding of radio equipment and technology
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills in English (fluency preferred)
- Flexibility to work nights and weekends when needed

Salary: $1000/month (negotiable based on experience)
