Construction Project Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in Lusail. As a manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects within budget and on schedule. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in the construction industry and possess strong leadership skills. This position requires an individual with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and team members. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1600$. Non-Indians are also welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to clients
- Address any issues or delays that may arise during the project
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and timely completion of tasks
- Manage project documentation including contracts, permits, and reports

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven leadership abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Biometric passport required for international travel

Preferences:
- Experience working on large-scale construction projects
- Familiarity with Lusail city regulations
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
