Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in Lusail. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing all aspects of the construction process, from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction methods and techniques, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Monitor progress and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Oversee quality control and safety measures
- Resolve any issues or disputes that may arise during the project
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status
- Manage project documentation and ensure all necessary permits are obtained
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any concerns or issues

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred
- Extensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines under pressure

This is a contract position with a salary of $1600 per month. Accommodation will not be provided. Candidates from Canada or Nepal with relevant experience are preferred.
