Executive Chef
We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Atlanta. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of our restaurant, ensuring high-quality food and service for our guests. This position requires a creative and detail-oriented individual with strong leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and create menus that reflect the restaurant's concept and appeal to our target audience
- Manage food preparation and production, ensuring consistency and quality in all dishes served
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain budgetary goals
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Collaborate with management to plan special events or promotions
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate new techniques or ingredients into menu offerings
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant setting
- Culinary degree or equivalent training preferred
- Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Previous experience working in Indian cuisine is a plus

$1100 per month
