Construction Project Manager - Egypt



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Egypt. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. Your role will involve coordinating with contractors, engineers, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Responsibilities:

- Develop project plans and schedules
- Allocate resources and coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other team members
- Monitor progress of construction projects and address any issues or delays
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Review and approve project budgets, expenses, and change orders
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders
- Conduct site visits to inspect progress and quality of work
- Manage project documentation and record keeping

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, regulations, materials, and equipment
- Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects on time and within budget
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic (written & verbal)
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate teams
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Salary: $1600/month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Cairo or other major city in Egypt (option for remote work)
