Construction Project Manager

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects in the city of Atlanta. This includes coordinating with contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. You will also be responsible for obtaining necessary permits and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations. This is a contract position that requires a high level of organization, communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. Preference will be given to Indian nationals who are fluent in English and have their own visa. This is an urgent position that offers a salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of construction projects from planning to completion
- Develop project timelines and budgets
- Obtain necessary permits and ensure compliance with building codes
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Monitor progress and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Communicate project updates to clients and stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations
