Construction Project Manager



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Atlanta. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This includes planning, budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with various teams and stakeholders. You must have excellent communication and leadership skills to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and schedules
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors
- Procure necessary permits and licenses
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Manage project budgets and track expenses
- Communicate updates and progress to stakeholders regularly
- Address any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Excellent knowledge of construction management processes, means, and methods
- Strong understanding of building codes and safety regulations
- Ability to read blueprints, plans, and specifications
- Outstanding communication skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Proficient in project management software
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1000 per week. While we prefer candidates with experience in English speaking jobs or Indians living in Atlanta, nationality is not a strict requirement. However, all applicants must have fluent English communication skills. This position does not include accommodation.
