Nurse Supervisor



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Supervisor to join our team in Clairvaux, Pakistan. As a Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the nursing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the nursing staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards
- Monitor patient care to ensure quality and safety standards are met
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for efficient workflow
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients
- Maintain accurate records of patient care and treatment plans
- Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement in patient care processes
- Provide guidance and support to nursing staff in handling complex cases or emergencies
- Keep abreast of new developments in nursing practices and incorporate them into the daily operations of the department

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a registered nurse, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Valid nursing license from the Pakistan Nursing Council
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
- Proficient in using electronic medical records systems
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
