We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Bansko. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting accurate measurements and collecting data about the physical features of land, including boundaries, topography, and other natural and human-made features. This information is crucial for creating maps, establishing property lines, and assisting with the planning and development of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using specialized equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners
- Gather data on land features such as elevations, angles, distances, and boundaries
- Create detailed maps and reports based on survey results
- Provide technical support to engineers, architects, and construction teams
- Ensure accuracy and precision in all survey data collected
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress
- Stay updated on industry trends, advancements in technology, and changes in regulations related to land surveying

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment and software such as AutoCAD or GIS
- Strong understanding of land surveying principles and techniques
- Excellent mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Effective communication skills for interacting with clients and team members

We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this position. This is a part-time role without accommodation. Candidates must have a valid biometric passport.
