We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Restaurant Manager to join our team in the bustling city of Gujrat. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high-quality standards for food and beverage. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff hiring and training, inventory management, and budgeting
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and resolving any issues that may arise
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment, following health and safety guidelines
- Collaborate with the Chef to create new menu items and specials based on customer preferences and seasonal ingredients
- Monitor food quality to ensure consistency and high standards are met at all times
- Oversee ordering supplies and managing inventory levels to ensure efficient operations
- Create schedules for staff to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours while controlling labor costs
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members, providing feedback for improvement when necessary

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant management or related field preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of local language is a plus)
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field preferred
