Data Mining Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough data mining and analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities
- Develop and implement data mining processes and tools to streamline data extraction and analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide actionable insights
- Utilize data visualization tools to present findings in a clear and concise manner
- Continuously monitor data quality and identify areas for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in data mining techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data mining or related role
- Proficient in SQL, Python, R or other programming languages commonly used for data analysis
- Strong understanding of statistical methods and techniques for extracting insights from large datasets
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work with complex datasets
- Experience working with big data platforms such as Hadoop or Spark is a plus
- Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
