Dietitian - Nutrition Consultant

Additionally, you will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for your clients.

Your main duties and responsibilities will include:

- Conducting comprehensive nutrition assessments to determine clients' nutritional needs and goals
- Developing personalized meal plans that take into consideration clients' medical conditions, allergies, and food preferences
- Providing ongoing nutrition counseling to clients to support behavior change and achieve their health goals
- Educating clients on the importance of balanced nutrition and healthy eating habits
- Collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care for clients
- Staying up-to-date with the latest research and guidelines in the field of nutrition to provide evidence-based advice to clients
- Maintaining accurate records of client progress and treatment plans

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or related field from an accredited institution
- Proven experience as a Dietitian or Nutritionist (minimum 2 years)
- Knowledge of medical nutrition therapy for various conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, obesity, etc.
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex information in simple terms
- Empathetic nature with a passion for helping others improve their health through proper nutrition
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
