Surveyor
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Surveyor to join our team in St. Petersburg. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and measurements of land, buildings, and other structures. You will use various tools and techniques to collect data, analyze it, and create accurate maps and plans. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in surveying, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month. Kenyan nationals with biometric passports are preferred for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys using various tools such as GPS, total stations, and laser scanners
- Collect data on land features, boundaries, buildings, and other structures
- Analyze data and create accurate maps and plans
- Prepare detailed reports on survey findings
- Work closely with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accuracy of survey results
- Adhere to safety protocols while conducting surveys
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in surveying technology
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Surveyor
- Proficiency in using surveying tools such as GPS, total stations, and laser scanners
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
- Kenyan nationality with a valid biometric passport preferred
