Sales Associate (Bansko, Bulgaria)

As a Sales Associate in our company, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to customers in Bansko, Bulgaria. Your main duties will include developing and maintaining relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:
- Actively approach and engage with customers to promote our products
- Provide detailed product information and assist customers in making purchasing decisions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets set by the company
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Associate or similar role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in Bulgarian or English (both languages are a plus)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies is an advantage
