As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team, developing sales strategies, and driving business growth. Your main objective will be to meet and exceed sales targets through effective leadership, training, and motivation of the sales team.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Build strong relationships with key clients and partners to drive business growth
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals
- Analyze sales data and provide reports on performance against targets
- Develop pricing strategies in line with market trends and company goals
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role within the sales industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Knowledge of market trends and competitor activities
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Valid biometric passport for international travel
