As a Loader Supervisor in Al-Malikiyah, you will be responsible for overseeing the loading and unloading of goods and materials. Your main duties will include coordinating and assigning tasks to loaders, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed, and maintaining accurate records of inventory. You will also be responsible for training new loaders and monitoring their performance.

To be successful in this role, you must have experience working as a loader and possess strong leadership skills. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, but a relevant degree or certification would be preferred. You must also have physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of loaders
- Assign tasks based on workload and prioritize accordingly
- Ensure all safety measures are followed during loading and unloading processes
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and report any discrepancies
- Train new loaders on proper procedures and monitor their performance
- Communicate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Perform regular equipment checks and report any issues to the maintenance team

Qualifications:

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with a salary of $1700 per month. You will be working in an outdoor environment with exposure to various weather conditions. Some weekend or evening work may be required based on business needs.
