Architectural Technologist

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in St. Petersburg. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting in the design and development of architectural plans and drawings for various construction projects. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that designs are practical, functional, and meet all building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of architectural plans and drawings using AutoCAD or other software
- Conduct site visits to gather measurements and evaluate existing conditions
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop design concepts
- Ensure all designs meet building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements
- Research new materials and construction techniques to improve project efficiency
- Create detailed documentation of design specifications for construction teams to follow
- Review and approve shop drawings from contractors
- Attend project meetings and provide updates on design progress

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficient in AutoCAD or similar software
- Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction techniques
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members
- Attention to detail and ability to create accurate technical drawings

Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: St. Petersburg (accommodation provided)
