Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machines according to specifications
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency
- Make necessary adjustments to machines to maintain product quality
- Inspect and measure finished products for accuracy and completeness
- Perform routine maintenance on machines as needed
- Troubleshoot issues with machines and make repairs when necessary
- Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe work environment

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read blueprints/diagrams
- Familiarity with different types of machinery and tools used in production processes
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy materials or standing for long periods of time
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Technical degree or certification in machining or related field
- Experience working with CNC machines
- Knowledge of quality control principles
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair minor mechanical issues
