Shaper - Woodworking Professional

We are in need of a skilled Shaper to join our woodworking team in Zagreb. As a Shaper, you will be responsible for shaping and finishing wood pieces using various tools and techniques. Your main duties will include creating custom woodwork pieces according to client specifications, maintaining and repairing equipment, and ensuring all safety protocols are followed.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of woodworking techniques and be able to read and interpret blueprints and sketches. You must also have excellent hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Use various tools such as routers, planers, and sanders to shape and finish wood pieces
- Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, or other specifications
- Create custom woodwork pieces according to client requirements
- Maintain and repair equipment as needed
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Shaper or similar role in woodworking
- Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques and tools
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or sketches
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good physical stamina for standing for long periods of time

Preferred:
- Experience working with different types of wood materials
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM software for creating designs
