Housekeeping Supervisor



We are currently hiring a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the cleaning and maintenance of our properties in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, with excellent organizational and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train a team of cleaners to ensure high standards of cleanliness are maintained
- Create work schedules and assign specific tasks to team members
- Inspect each property regularly to ensure all areas are properly cleaned and maintained
- Order necessary supplies and equipment for the cleaning team
- Handle any guest complaints or requests related to housekeeping services
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or damages
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed by the cleaning team
- Conduct performance evaluations for team members and provide feedback for improvement

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role in a hospitality setting
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment
- Basic computer skills for creating schedules and maintaining inventory records

This is a contract job with a salary of $1500 per month, including accommodation. We also provide free visa assistance and air ticket for international candidates. This is an urgent position, so we are looking for candidates who can join immediately. Preference will be given to candidates with Pakistani nationality.
