As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by promoting and selling hotel rooms, services, and amenities to potential clients. Your goal will be to increase occupancy rates and generate more business for the hotel. You should have previous experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month. Pakistani nationals with excellent English communication skills are preferred for this role. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, networking events, and other channels
- Build strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other potential customers
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for business growth
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients while maintaining profitability for the hotel
- Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to ensure excellent guest experiences
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends if required
