Temporary Executive Chef

A prestigious hotel in Al-Malikiyah is seeking a Temporary Executive Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the culinary industry, particularly in high-end restaurants and hotels. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen and managing a team of chefs and cooks. This is a temporary position with the possibility of extension based on performance.

Responsibilities:
- Creating and implementing menus that meet the hotel's standards
- Managing food inventory and ordering supplies as needed
- Ensuring food quality and presentation meets expectations
- Overseeing kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
- Training and supervising kitchen staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and efficiency
- Collaborating with other departments in planning events or special menus
- Maintaining a safe and sanitary working environment
- Adhering to all safety and health regulations

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel
- Culinary degree or equivalent training preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Ability to create unique dishes while also adhering to dietary restrictions or preferences
- Proficiency in budgeting and cost control
- Biometric passport for international travel
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent
