Executive Chef - Al-Malikiyah, Syria


We are currently hiring an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Al-Malikiyah, Syria. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and create new menus in accordance with dietary requirements and customer preferences
- Oversee food preparation and ensure high quality and presentation standards are maintained
- Train and manage kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations and adherence to safety and sanitation guidelines
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Collaborate with restaurant management to implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- In-depth knowledge of culinary techniques, menu planning, and food presentation
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with other departments
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1500 per month for this position.
