Architecture Manager



We are seeking an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Vilnius. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our architectural projects, from conception to completion. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all architectural projects from concept to completion
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other project stakeholders to develop project plans and specifications
- Supervise and lead a team of architects and designers
- Review and approve project designs, drawings, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines and budget constraints
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress and address any issues that may arise
- Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented
- Provide regular updates to clients on project status and address any concerns or questions they may have

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Architect or Architecture Manager
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team of architects/designers
- Extensive knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously within budget constraints
- Proficient in AutoCAD or similar design software

Preferred:
- Professional registration as an Architect (or equivalent)
- Experience working on international projects
- Proficiency in multiple languages

Salary: $1300 USD/month (negotiable based on experience)

City: Vilnius
