We are seeking a skilled and experienced Formworker to join our team in Faro. As a Formworker, you will be responsible for constructing and assembling concrete structures based on blueprints and specifications. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and precision.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Formworker
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Previous experience with concrete pouring, formwork systems, and rebar installation
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Accommodation can be provided if needed
- Visa sponsorship is available for non-local candidates

Responsibilities:
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and install formwork using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment
- Place rebar or wire mesh reinforcement into forms according to specifications
- Pour concrete into forms according to grade specifications
- Smooth, level, and finish concrete surfaces using hand or power tools
- Remove forms after the concrete has set and clean the area of any debris or excess material
- Follow all safety protocols at all times while on the job site
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
