Indian Manager in Dubai


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Indian Manager to join our team in Dubai. As a Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company and ensuring its overall success. This is a full-time position requiring strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of managing teams.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of our company's operations, including financial management, human resources, and customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Manage and motivate a team of employees to achieve company goals
- Handle any issues or conflicts that may arise within the team or with external stakeholders
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Monitor industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a managerial role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is an advantage)
- Proven track record of successfully managing teams and achieving business goals
- Knowledge of financial management, human resources, and customer service best practices
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and make effective decisions under pressure

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1300$ per month.

Location:
This job is located in Dubai. While Indian nationality is preferred, we welcome applicants from all nationalities.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with working hours from Sunday to Thursday, 9am to 6pm.
