This position requires a highly skilled and motivated Network and Systems Administrator to join our dynamic team in Moscow. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of our network and systems infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge and experience in network administration, system administration, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, maintain and upgrade network equipment including routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs
- Monitor network performance to ensure efficient operation
- Troubleshoot network issues and provide timely resolution
- Manage user accounts, permissions, email accounts in Active Directory
- Install operating systems and software on servers and workstations
- Maintain system security by implementing proper access controls and regular updates/patches
- Perform regular backups of data to ensure data integrity

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Network or Systems Administrator
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP protocols, LAN/WAN)
- Experience with Windows server administration (Active Directory)
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware)
- Understanding of backup solutions
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Fluent in English
