Facade Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facade Specialist to join our team in Izhevsk. As a Facade Specialist, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining facades on various buildings and structures. This is a contract job with a salary of $1600 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Install and repair facades on buildings and structures according to specifications
- Inspect existing facades for damage or wear and make necessary repairs
- Use specialized tools and equipment to complete installation and maintenance tasks
- Ensure all work is performed with high quality standards and meets safety regulations
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide professional recommendations
- Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each project

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in facade installation or maintenance
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a team environment
- Must have own transportation to travel between job sites

Preferred:
- Experience working with different types of facade materials (glass, metal, stone)
- Certification or training in facade installation or maintenance
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
