Industrial Architect


We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Industrial Architect to join our team in Lisbon. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and structures. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and construction teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements and goals
- Conduct site visits to assess existing structures and gather necessary data
- Create detailed designs and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Coordinate with engineers to ensure structural integrity of designs
- Oversee the construction process and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Review and approve project proposals, budgets, and timelines
- Ensure projects comply with safety regulations and building codes
- Communicate progress updates to clients regularly

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Industrial Architect
- Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and structural design principles
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with clients, engineers, and construction teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Familiarity with safety regulations and building codes in Portugal is preferred
- Fluency in English is required

Salary: $1100 per month

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

This position includes accommodation as well as a free visa and ticket for non-local candidates. We also welcome students who are looking for part-time work opportunities.
