Concierge Assistant


We are seeking a highly organized and customer service-oriented Concierge Assistant to join our team in Lisbon. As a Concierge Assistant, you will work closely with the Concierge to provide exceptional service to our clients. Your main responsibilities will include managing reservations, assisting with guest inquiries and requests, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process for guests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Concierge in managing guest reservations for restaurants, tours, and other activities
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests via phone, email, or in person
- Provide recommendations and suggestions to guests on local attractions and services
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of guest requests
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions
- Assist with check-in/check-out procedures for guests
- Ensure the lobby area is clean and presentable at all times

Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Hospitality or Tourism is a plus
- 1+ year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with reservation systems and basic computer skills
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
