Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth in Kenya
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets
- Identify new market opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients

- Collaborate with marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in sales management, preferably in Kenya or East Africa region
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- In-depth knowledge of market trends, competitors, and customer behavior in Kenya
- Ability to identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with clients
- Willingness to travel within Kenya as needed
