Construction Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our projects in Jerusalem. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process from planning to completion. This includes coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project timelines and budgets are met. You will also be responsible for obtaining necessary permits and approvals, as well as conducting regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in the residential or commercial sector. You must have strong communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a team and ensure effective collaboration among all stakeholders. Additionally, strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential in this role.
This position requires someone who is highly organized and can effectively prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. A thorough understanding of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations is also necessary. Proficiency in budget management and cost control is preferred.
As our company provides accommodation for employees on international projects, you must be willing to relocate to Jerusalem for the duration of the project. Fluency in English is required for this role as you will need to communicate with both local and international team members.
