A reputable home maintenance company in Los Angeles is seeking a skilled and experienced Handyman to join our team. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in residential properties. Responsibilities:
- Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and HVAC maintenance
- Conduct routine inspections of properties to identify any issues or necessary repairs
- Respond to service requests from tenants in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed and materials used
- Communicate with property managers to ensure all repairs are completed to their satisfaction
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times while on the job site

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a handyman or similar role
- Strong knowledge of basic home repair and maintenance techniques
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve effectively
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
- Must have own tools and reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass background check for insurance purposes

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in residential properties preferred
- Ability to speak Spanish or other languages a plus
