Junior Architectural Designer



We are in search of a creative and detail-oriented Junior Architectural Designer to join our team in Clairvaux. As a Junior Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for assisting with the design and development of architectural projects, under the guidance of senior designers. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with limited experience to gain hands-on experience in the field of architecture.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing design concepts and preparing construction documents
- Collaborate with senior designers on project development and presentation materials
- Conduct site visits and assist with site analysis
- Research building codes, materials, and construction techniques
- Create 3D models and renderings using architectural software
- Prepare presentations for client meetings

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges

Compensation:
This is a contract position with a salary of $1500 per month.
