Junior Architectural Designer

We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Architectural Designer to join our team in Clairvaux. As a Junior Architectural Designer, you will work closely with our senior designers to assist with creating and developing architectural plans and designs for various projects. This is a contract position with the opportunity for growth within our company.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in architectural design
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines

Responsibilities:
- Assist with creating conceptual designs based on client requirements
- Develop detailed architectural plans using AutoCAD and other software
- Collaborate with senior designers to ensure designs meet project goals and budget constraints
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess feasibility of design concepts
- Review building codes and regulations to ensure compliance with all projects
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members throughout the design process
