Moderator - Indian English-Speaking


We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Moderator to join our team in Moscow. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing online communities, ensuring that all content and interactions are in line with our company's policies and guidelines. This role requires excellent communication skills in English, specifically Indian English, as well as experience in managing online communities.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and moderate online community forums, social media platforms, and other channels to ensure compliance with company policies
- Respond promptly to user inquiries and concerns in a professional and respectful manner
- Identify and report any violations or inappropriate behavior to the appropriate teams
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for community engagement and growth
- Analyze user data to identify patterns and trends in community activity
- Provide regular reports on community feedback and insights to relevant teams

Requirements:
- Native or fluent proficiency in Indian English
- Proven experience as a Moderator or similar role managing online communities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with social media platforms, forums, and other online communication channels
- Strong understanding of online community dynamics and best practices
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with tact
