Part-Time Student Librarian

We are seeking a part-time student librarian to join our team at our library in Funchal. As a student librarian, you will play a crucial role in helping our library run smoothly and providing excellent service to our patrons. Responsibilities:
- Assist patrons with locating and checking out materials
- Organize and shelve library materials according to the Dewey Decimal System
- Provide basic reference and research assistance to patrons
- Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the library space
- Process new materials for circulation using our library software system

Requirements:
- Currently enrolled as a student in high school or college/university
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office and internet research
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

This is a part-time position with flexible hours, ideal for students looking for evening or weekend work. The salary for this position is $1000 per month.
