We are hiring a skilled Cad Draftsman to join our growing team in Split, Croatia. As a Cad Draftsman, you will be responsible for creating technical drawings and plans for construction projects using computer-aided design software. This position requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed drawings and plans based on specifications provided by architects and engineers
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure accuracy and completeness of drawings
- Review and make necessary revisions to drawings based on feedback from clients or team members
- Use computer-aided design software to produce 2D and 3D models of structures, components, and systems
- Maintain organized records of all drawings and plans for future reference
- Stay updated on industry standards and advancements in CAD technology

Requirements:
- Proficiency in computer-aided design software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow technical specifications
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Prior experience as a Cad Draftsman or similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and processes is a plus
