We are hiring a skilled and reliable Machine Operator to join our team in Jerusalem, Israel. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, running, and maintaining various machines to ensure production goals are met.

Responsibilities:
- Set up machines according to production requirements and specifications
- Operate machines to produce high-quality products while adhering to safety guidelines
- Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to ensure efficiency and quality
- Perform regular maintenance on machines to prevent breakdowns and delays
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during production
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
- Keep track of inventory levels and report any shortages or malfunctions
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding safety, cleanliness, and productivity

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus
- Proven work experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role
- Familiarity with different types of machinery such as presses, lathes, grinders, etc.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Good physical stamina and dexterity to operate equipment for extended periods of time
- Basic math skills for measuring materials accurately
- Willingness to work in shifts if required
