Nurse Supervisor



We are looking for a skilled and experienced Nurse Supervisor to join our team in Braga. As a Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing staff and ensuring the highest quality of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of nurses, providing guidance, support, and feedback
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for staff
- Monitor patient care to ensure that it meets established standards and make adjustments as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care plans
- Handle any issues or concerns raised by patients or their families in a timely and compassionate manner
- Maintain accurate records of patient care, including medication administration, treatments, and progress notes
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in nursing techniques, technology, and treatments

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Registered Nurse
- Proven experience in a supervisory role preferred
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and make critical decisions under pressure
- Compassionate nature with strong communication skills
