We are hiring a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Jeddah. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales executives, and building strong relationships with clients. You will also be responsible for achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company goals
- Manage and supervise a team of sales executives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on them
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends
- Monitor and report on sales performance, including analyzing data and making recommendations for improvement
- Prepare sales forecasts and budgets
- Ensure timely delivery of products/services to clients
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Experience in the Nepali market is preferred
Salary: 1800$
Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia (with free visa and ticket)
Language Requirement: Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Nepali is preferred.
