Land Surveyor

We are a reputable construction company in Isa Town and we are currently seeking a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys, providing accurate measurements and data, and producing detailed reports for various construction projects. Your attention to detail and strong knowledge of surveying techniques will be crucial in ensuring the accuracy and success of our projects.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various equipment such as GPS, total stations, and levels
- Interpret survey data and produce detailed reports for construction projects
- Ensure accuracy of measurements and provide precise data for project planning
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure project requirements are met
- Monitor construction progress and make necessary adjustments to surveying plans
- Maintain records of survey data and update project maps as needed
- Adhere to safety standards and regulations while conducting surveys on construction sites

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Land Surveyor in the construction industry
- Proficient in using surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, and levels
- Strong knowledge of surveying techniques and principles
- Excellent mathematical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Familiarity with AutoCAD or other computer-aided design software is a plus

Salary:
Competitive salary of 1500$ per month based on qualifications and experience.
