Architecture Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Lahore. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the architectural design process, from concept development to construction completion. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects and designers
- Develop project plans and budgets
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements
- Oversee the design process, including concept development and construction documents
- Review and approve design proposals, drawings, and specifications
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively
- Communicate regularly with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture management or a similar role
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other architectural software
- Good understanding of building codes and regulations
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
