Contract Architecture Manager (Lahore, Pakistan)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to oversee our projects in Lahore, Pakistan. As a Contract Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for managing the design and construction of various architectural projects within budget and timeline constraints. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that their needs and expectations are met.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, including budget and timeline projections
- Oversee the design process and ensure that all necessary permits and approvals are obtained
- Manage the construction phase to ensure that quality standards are met
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress
- Address any issues or concerns that may arise during the project
- Review and approve all architectural drawings and specifications
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure coordination between all aspects of the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture management or related role
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles and building codes
- Excellent project management skills, including budgeting and scheduling experience
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Salary: $1700 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Lahore, Pakistan
